Danach war er als Substitut in zwei Anwaltskanzleien in Z\u00fcrich und als Auditor am Kantonsgericht Zug t\u00e4tig. Im Jahre 2004 erwarb er das Zuger Anwaltspatent und arbeitete danach als Anwalt in der Z\u00fcrcher Wirtschaftskanzlei Nobel &amp; Hug.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Im Jahre 2007 erwarb Martin B\u00f6ckli den Master of Laws an der New York University, New York (LL.M.), und danach die Zulassung zum New York Bar (2008), wo er zugleich auch bei Fox Horan &amp; Camerini LLP in Manhattan als Foreign Associate arbeitete. In den Jahren 2008 bis 2013 war Martin B\u00f6ckli in der Anwaltskanzlei Ulh\u00f4a Canto, Rezende e Guerra in Rio de Janeiro und Sao Paulo t\u00e4tig. Seit 2013 ist er Partner bei b\u00f6ckli b\u00fchler partner.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Zu den T\u00e4tigkeitsschwerpunkten von Martin B\u00f6ckli z\u00e4hlen das Vertrags- und Gesellschaftsrecht, das Bankenrecht sowie die private Verm\u00f6gensplanung und Nachfolge. Martin B\u00f6ckli ber\u00e4t Klienten in deutscher, englischer, franz\u00f6sischer und portugiesischer Sprache.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\"
