DANIEL HÄRING

Dr. iur., Attorney-at-law

Daniel Häring was born in 1978 and grew up in the Basel region. He studied law at the University of Basel and graduated as the best of the class summa cum laude in 2003. In 2005, he was awarded a doctorate in law (Dr. iur.) from the Law Faculty of the University of Basel, also summa cum laude. He was admitted to the Bar in 2006.

Daniel Häring worked as an assistant at the University of Basel, as a clerk at the Cantonal Court of Basel-Landschaft and in a law firm in Basel. In addition, he was a lecturer at the University of Basel for many years. In 2007, he joined the law firm böckli bühler partner as an attorney, and has been a partner since 2012.

Daniel Häring has broad professional experience and expertise. His main areas of practice include commercial and corporate law (“business law”). He advises companies, boards of directors and management in all legal matters (“single point of entry”). His strengths also include (commercial) criminal law, contract law, life sciences, employment law and litigation of all kinds. He has extensive experience in complex national and international issues and disputes.

In addition to his work as an attorney, Daniel Häring is a part-time judge at the High Court Basel-Landschaft and a member of the Basel-Landschaft Bar Examination Commission. He is also a member of the board of directors of the following companies:

In addition, Daniel Häring is a member of various association boards.

In his free time, Daniel Häring devotes himself, among other things, to martial arts.
